Bootsboden&lt;/a&gt; abgetragen und die darunter liegenden &lt;a href="http://www.bcbs.ch"&gt;Kimm&lt;/a&gt;, &lt;a href="http://www.bcbs.ch"&gt;Spanten&lt;/a&gt; und &lt;a href="http://www.bcbs.ch"&gt;Stringer&lt;/a&gt; freigelegt. In aufw&amp;auml;ndiger Arbeit wurde das teilweise faule und spr&amp;ouml;de &lt;a href="http://www.bcbs.ch"&gt;Bootsgerippe&lt;/a&gt; &lt;a href="http://www.bcbs.ch"&gt;restauriert&lt;/a&gt;, damit anschliessend ein neuer &lt;a href="http://www.bcbs.ch"&gt;Mahagoni&lt;/a&gt; &lt;a href="http://www.bcbs.ch"&gt;Bootsboden&lt;/a&gt; angepasst und montiert werden konnte. Nach dessen Grundierung und Beschichtung mit Kupferbronze konnte die polierte Ruder- und &lt;a href="http://www.bcbs.ch"&gt;Wellenanlage&lt;/a&gt; neu gesetzt und der original &lt;a href="http://www.bcbs.ch"&gt;Grey-Motor&lt;/a&gt; 580 Acapulco de Luxe an seinen ersten Eigner ausgeliefert, sorgf&amp;auml;ltig und mit Leidenschaft von Hand und feinstem &lt;a href="http://www.bcbs.ch"&gt;Mahagoniholz&lt;/a&gt; in der Werft Kilchberg (Z&amp;uuml;rich) gefertigt. Nach genau 40 Jahren wurde sie mit der gleichen Sorgfalt und Leidenschaft komplett und nach Boesch Originalvorgaben am Ursprungsort&lt;a href="http://www.bcbs.ch"&gt; restauriert&lt;/a&gt; und steht heute -wie neu- zum Verkauf. Das gesamte Deck und der ganze &lt;a href="http://www.bcbs.ch"&gt;Bootsboden&lt;/a&gt; wurden komplett abgebaut und ersetzt. Ebenfalls wurden die Seitenbords abgelaugt, neu gebeizt und der Lack neu aufgebaut. S&amp;auml;mtliche Polster (2 Einzelsitze vorne, Sitzbank, Liegebettkissen, seitliche Verkleidungen) wurden originalgetreu neu aufgepolstert und mit zeitlosem, schneeweisen Leder &amp;uuml;berzogen. Diese Boesch 640 CB DL wurde am 11. Juni 1966 seinem ersten und einzigen Besitzer &amp;uuml;bergeben. Seitdem wurde das Boot sorgf&amp;auml;lltig in einem Bootshaus am Z&amp;uuml;richsee im Trockenen gelagert und, wenn es das Wetter erlaubte, ausgefahren. Aufgrund der guten Pflege befindet sich das Boot in Originalzustand. Der Bootsboden wurde von uns sorgf&amp;auml;lltig gepr&amp;uuml;ft und die Antifouling/Kupferbronce Beschichtung saniert. Vor diesem Arbeitsgang wurden die Schraubenl&amp;ouml;cher freigelegt und neu versiegelt. Die Seitenbords wurden im Herbst 2011 komplett neu lackiert. Die Lackierung des Decks ist in sehr gutem Zustand. Das Cockpit weisst Gebrauchsspuren auf, befindet sich aber ebenfalls in gutem und originalem Zustand. Die Kompressionswerte des Motors weisen auf allen Zylindern normale Werte auf und lassen auf ein intaktes Innenleben schliessen. Im Herbst 2011 wurden am Motor umfangreiche Arbeiten durchgef&amp;uuml;hrt, u.a. wurden die Kollektoren &amp;uuml;berarbeitet. Deck und Bootsboden wurden komplett ersetzt und die Lackh&amp;uuml;lle neu aufgebaut. Wo n&amp;ouml;tig wurden die bestehenden Beschl&amp;auml;ge repariert und neu verchromt. Die Beschl&amp;auml;ge und die Windschutzscheibe auf dem Deck wurden bereits demontiert. In den n&amp;auml;chsten Wochen wird in unserer Holzboot Manufaktur das alte Deck abgebrochen, die darunter liegende Konstruktion gepr&amp;uuml;ft und evtl. repariert und das neue Decke angepasst und montiert. In einer zweiten Phase werden die Seitenbords abgelaugt und die Grundierung resp. der Lack neu aufgebaut. Gespannt wie&amp;#39;s weitergeht?
